A medium dark roast blend of arabica beans from Central America & Brazil and robusta beans from India & Ethiopia bring a toffee sweetness combined with hints of cocoa and finished with a subtle fruity acidity.
Costa Rica: This high-grown arabica from the well-known coffee producing country of Costa Rica contributes delicious sweetness and subtle sweet lemony notes to this blend.
Brazil: This arabica is from the South Eastern region of Minas Gerais where altitudes are typically lower and therefore the coffees are nutty and sweet with low acidity.
Ethiopia: The Ethiopian coffee in this blend is sourced from Sidamo in Southern Ethiopia. Growing altitudes of between 1200 and 1800 metres above sea level create refined acidity.
India: Indian Mysore is a robusta bean that's been grown, picked, and selected by hand in the Indian peninsula of Karnataka (formerly known as Mysore). This coffee is heavy bodied with a nutty sweetness.
