Refunds & Returns for Coffee Masters
Coffee Masters is dedicated to providing you with the best goods possible.
If you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it to us if it has been less than 7 days since you received it.
Only unopened cases of coffee, products and accessories in a resalable condition will be eligible for a refund.
The costs of returning the products to us will be your responsibility.
If products are defective or you receive a product you did not purchase, we will issue a complete refund or replacement provided you tell us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If your delivery arrived on a pallet, we would need to be notified of any damages within 2 days of receiving the goods.
When returning items, they must be unopened and unused. The refund will be processed via the original payment method once the item has been received by our warehouse – the item must be undamaged and in a resalable condition. We are unable to give a delivery fee refund.

Although faulty coffee machines will be dealt with directly by the manufacturer, please contact email@example.com or call us on 01905 571007 in the first instance so that we can assist you in resolving the issue. This will not affect your statutory rights.
