This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.coffeemasters.co.uk to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

By using this website to order products online you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

When you order a product from Coffee Masters, we need to collect certain information from you; your name, email address, the delivery address & your phone number. This information is then used to process your order and it allows us to contact you to notify you of the status of your order if necessary.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Coffee Masters send regular email updates to customers to let you know about new products as they arrive or special offers and promotions relating to the company. If you do not wish to receive this information you can simply email us at enquiry@coffeemasters.co.uk and put the word ‘REMOVE’ in the subject header.


When you purchase through our website you will be charged in full for the products. Payments are processed through PayPal, where you can either pay directly from your PayPal account or by Credit / Debit card.

You can also phone your order through to Coffee Masters on 01905 571007, as long as you are already set up on our dedicated payment system.


Coffee Beans: Generally if your order is placed in the morning we will try to get it to you the next day. We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours. Click here to find out more about our delivery rates.

Coffee Machines: Although we will do our best to send all machines out to you within 7 days of ordering, accurate lead times will be given to you upon order.


Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number via email confirmation, please quote the order number in any further communications.

If you wish to cancel your order, providing it has not already been despatched, we will simply refund your money. It is important that you notify us as quickly as possible - please email enquiry@coffeemasters.co.uk or call us on 01905 571007. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Similarly, if you wish to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Again this will only be possible if your order has not already been despatched.


Coffee Masters is dedicated to providing you with the best goods possible.

If you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it to us if it has been less than 7 days since you received it.

Only unopened cases of coffee, products and accessories in a resalable condition will be eligible for a refund.

The costs of returning the products to us will be your responsibility.

If products are defective or you receive a product you did not purchase, we will issue a complete refund or replacement provided you tell us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If your delivery arrived on a pallet, we would need to be notified of any damages within 2 days of receiving the goods.

When returning items, they must be unopened and unused. The refund will be processed via the original payment method once the item has been received by our warehouse – the item must be undamaged and in a resalable condition. We are unable to give a delivery fee refund.

Please note, the above does not apply to coffee machines and equipment.

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and UK Visa Debit Cards. We can also set up a direct debit for you via GoCardless.com if you would prefer a quicker checkout process.

Our customer service team can be contacted from 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, and from 9am - 4pm Friday. A 24 hour answer machine is also provided should you wish to contact us outside office hours.
