Dark Horse is Quarter Horse's signature house blend, created for those who enjoy a rich, smooth coffee with plenty of sweetness and just the right touch of fruit.

Combining 50% Brazil Ascarive with 50% El Salvador, this carefully balanced blend delivers comforting notes of milk chocolate, roasted peanut and sweet cranberries, making it a versatile coffee that shines as both espresso and with milk.

The Brazilian component comes from the renowned Mantiqueira de Minas region, where high-altitude farms and careful hand-picking produce coffees celebrated for their chocolate sweetness, caramel richness and exceptional consistency. These qualities create the smooth, full-bodied foundation of the blend.

The El Salvador coffee adds balance and complexity through a traditional washed process. After careful fermentation, washing and slow drying on sunlit patios, it develops a clean, vibrant character that lifts the blend with gentle fruit notes and a refined finish.

The result is a dependable, approachable specialty coffee that works beautifully whether you're pulling a morning espresso, brewing a cafetière, or making a silky flat white. Dark Horse is designed to be enjoyed every day, offering sweetness, body and balance in every cup.
