 **Christmas Spice Hot Chocolate**

Start your winter mornings with a touch of indulgence. Pumpkin Spice syrup adds a rich, Christmassy flavour to your hot chocolate:

Ingredients:

     - 2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 Pumpkin Spice Syrup

     - 8oz steamed milk

     - Indulgence Original Hot Chocolate

     - Cuisine Real Dairy Aerosol Cream 

Instructions:

1. Add 2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 Pumpkin Spice Syrup into a 12oz cup

2. Add 8oz cold milk to a pitcher

3. Add 1 scoop of Indulgence Original Hot Chocolate to the pitcher; steam to a temperature between 65° - 70° and mix well 

4. Pour the hot chocolate mix into a 12oz cup

5. Top the hot chocolate with cream, covering as to your preference

 

**Eggnog Extravaganza**

Embrace the classic holiday flavour of eggnog with a caffeinated twist. Our Eggnog syrup adds a creamy and spiced essence to your cappuccino.

Ingredients:

    - 2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 Eggnog Syrup

    - 1 double shot of freshly brewed espresso

    - 7oz steamed milk

   - Poldermill Cinnamon Sprinkle

Instructions:

1. Add 2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 Eggnog Syrup into a 12oz cup

2. Brew a double shot espresso directly into the same 12oz cup

3. Add 7oz cold milk to pitcher

4. Steam your milk to a temperature of 65° to get a silky, thick layer of foam

5. Pour the cappuccino milk over the espresso

6. Top with a dusting of Poldermill Cinnamon Sprinkle

 

**Terry's Chocolate Orange Delight**

     - 2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 Terry's Chocolate Orange Syrup     

     - 8oz steamed milk

     - Cuisine Real Dairy Aerosol Cream

     - Simply Topping Sauce - Luxury Milk Chocolate

Instructions:

1. Add 2 pumps (16ml) of Terry's Chocolate Orange Syrup into a 12oz cup

2. Add 8oz cold milk to pitcher 

3. Add 1 scoop of Indulgence Original Hot Chocolate to the pitcher; steam to a temperature between 65° - 70° and mix well 

4. Pour the hot chocolate mix into the 12oz cup

5. Top the hot chocolate with cream, covering as to your preference

6. Drizzle Luxury Milk Chocolate Sauce over the cream

- 2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 Cherry Syrup    

- 8oz steamed milk

- Indulgence Dark Hot Chocolate

- Cuisine Real Dairy Aerosol Cream 

- 1883 Gourmet Sauce – Dark Chocolate

- Simply - Chocolate Duster

Instructions:

1. Add 2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 Cherry Syrup into a 12oz cup

2. Add 8oz cold milk to pitcher 

3. Add 1 scoop of Indulgence Dark Hot Chocolate to the pitcher; steam to a temperature between 65° - 70° and mix well

4. Pour the hot chocolate mix into the 12oz cup

5. Top the hot chocolate with cream, covering as to your preference

6. Drizzle Dark Chocolate Sauce over the cream 

7. Top with Simply Chocolate Dusting – and of course, a glacier cherry.

 

 **Gingerbread Joy Latte**

Spice up your coffee routine with a festive blend of cinnamon and gingerbread. 

Ingredients:

     -  2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 Gingerbread Syrup

    - 1 double shot of freshly brewed espresso

     - 10oz steamed milk

     - Cuisine Real Dairy Aerosol Cream

     - Gingerbread to serve

Instructions:

1. Add 2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 Gingerbread Syrup into a 12oz cup

2. Brew a double shot of espresso into the same 12oz cup 

3. Add 10oz cold milk to a pitcher and steam to a temperature of 65° to texturise, until reaching a creamy consistency 

4. Pour the steamed milk over the espresso, leaving a 1cm gap for the cream

5. Top the latte with cream, covering as to your preference

6. Serve with gingerbread for that extra festive touch

 

**Peppermint & Irish Cream Wonderland Mocha**

4. Add 1 scoop of Indulgence Original Hot Chocolate to the pitcher; steam to a temperature of 65° 

5. Pour into the 12oz cup and mix well

6. Top with a dusting of Simply Chocolate Duster
