Refunds & Returns for Coffee Masters

Coffee Masters is dedicated to providing you with the best goods possible.
If you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased, you may return it to us if it has been less than 7 days since you received it.

Only unopened cases of coffee and accessories in resalable condition will be eligible for a refund.
The costs of returning the products to us will be your responsibility.

If products are defective or you receive a product you did not purchase, we will issue a complete refund or replacement provided you tell us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Please contact us via email or call us on 01905 571007 to arrange suitable collection/shipping options.
We can arrange for the pickup of goods that need to be returned for a fee of £10 per box/consignment.
When returning items, they must be unopened and unused.
The credit or debit card used to make the purchase will get a refund.
We are unable to give a delivery fee refund.

Although faulty coffee machines will be dealt with directly by the manufacturer, please contact or call us on 01905 571007 in the first instance so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
This will not affect your statutory rights.
